I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Texas Women's University, which laid the foundation for my passion in this field. To further support women's health, I pursued advanced training in pelvic health and pregnancy and postpartum physical therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). I understand that pelvic floor disorders and women's health issues can be sensitive and sometimes challenging to discuss, which is why I pride myself on providing a warm, empathetic, and judgment-free environment for my patients. My treatment approach is comprehensive and individualized, integrating the latest evidence-based practices with a holistic perspective to address each woman's unique needs. My expertise encompasses a wide range of pelvic floor conditions, including but not limited to pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, and sexual dysfunction. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with prenatal and postpartum women, helping them navigate the physical changes and challenges of pregnancy and childbirth. My goal is to empower women to take control of their health, improve their quality of life, and regain their confidence. When I am not helping my patients, I enjoy staying active through yoga, hiking, and exploring the great outdoors with my family.
