I received my Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University, where I also earned a certification in Violence Against Women and Children. I have always been passionate about helping people, particularly those who have experienced trauma. With my background in forensic psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, I bring a unique perspective to my practice, blending empathy with evidence-based approaches to support my clients. My work at Mount Sinai Hospital’s World Trade Center Program, where I served first responders and individuals affected by 9/11, profoundly shaped my understanding of trauma and resilience. Specializing in couples therapy and relationship issues, I also focus on treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, eating disorders, and chronic illness. Whether you are struggling with personal challenges or relationship concerns, my goal is to help you feel safe, understood, and empowered on your path to healing.
