Dr. Natashia Gridiron, PhD

Dr. Natashia Gridiron, PhD

Psychologist
CA
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an eclectic therapeutic style, however, I find that I often use interventions of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focus Brief Therapy, Transtheoretical Model, as well as Motivational Interviewing. I believe that no one person or situation is the same and because of that, I believe that flexibility can often help my clients gain the most benefit. As a therapist, I have had experience working with clients dealing with addiction, as well as a diverse range of ethnic groups, cultural backgrounds, and gender. I have helped clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief issues, interpersonal issues, as well as many other issues. My goal is always to assist my client in gaining the awareness needed to make the changes that they feel will increase the quality of their lives. I am a therapist at Octave, a behavioral health practice creating a new standard for mental health care that’s both high-quality and accessible.
