Guy participated in sports throughout High School and played Collegiate Baseball. His injuries are what lead him to the field of physical therapy. He served a two-year church mission in Norway, returning in 1986. Guy completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Brigham Young University in 1990. He received a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Idaho State University in 1992. Upon graduation, Guy began working at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix where he spent three years training in Neurological Rehabilitation, Wound Care, Acute Care Orthopedics, and Outpatient Physical Therapy. Over the next few years, he expanded his experience in Geriatrics, Pain Management, and underwent extensive coursework in Manual Therapy. He began his private practice in 1996 in Chandler and Mesa, consolidating to a single location in Gilbert in 2004. He now assists his staff with patient treatment, training, and management in his Gilbert facility. Guy enjoys fishing, outdoors, his wife, children, and grandchildren.
