About Nina Zandanel

Nina earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College. There she also obtained a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Health Studies with a Minor in Nutrition Promotion. During her time at Ithaca College, Nina completed clinical rotations at outpatient facilities in NJ and CO as well as an inpatient rotation at New York Presbyterian Hospital. Through her clinical experience, Nina has treated a variety of patient populations. She has experience with pre- and post-operative care, orthopedic conditions, sports medicine, and general pain management. Nina is a compassionate and enthusiastic therapist, dedicated to helping her patients reach their full potential through promoting wellness. Her focus for treatment includes establishing professional relationships with patients and developing care plans that meet patient goals and needs. Outside of the clinic, Nina enjoys participating in an active lifestyle through hiking, yoga, traveling to new places, and spending time with friends or family.

Great experience I am always seen right away, the facilities are clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. I always feel heard if I express a concern or ask a question. I know I am in good hands!

Nina is incredible. She immediately isolated which muscles in my shoulder were weak and selected the exact exercises (weight assistance, counts, etc) to get my frozen shoulder "unfrozen".
