I love to serve others, and it is my passion to help people grow. Therapy is a growth process, and in that process, I strive to provide a safe space where individuals can feel heard and find peace. Throughout my career, I have applied various treatment modalities in therapy sessions, but I am most inclined to use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach. I have experience working with diverse populations and a range of diagnoses, specializing in helping individuals living with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, and due to my interest and background in studying French, I can carry out some conversations in French. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from The City College of New York. I am part of Resolute, a practice offering high-quality, insurance-covered therapy and psychiatry, with comprehensive support to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for our clients.
