About Nishtha Sharma

I have been going to Nishtha for about 4 months as she has been helping me recover from Athletic Pubalgia.
Nishtha has been very knowledgable, clearly explaining the biomechanics of the issues I had, explaining what was wrong and more importantly how I could improve. She has also been great at tweaking my workouts and treatment based on how I am doing on a given day which has been very helpful.
Getting through an injury is tough and Nishtha has been very good at motivating me to keep working through things to see improvement.
Overall the experience with Nishtha has been very positive and I would very highly recommend her.
