I believe no matter the extent of the injury that early intervention and movement are essential early in the healing process. My patients have done well with early physical therapy after an acute strain/sprain injury or after surgery. As a clinical director, I have dedicated my career in providing individualized, evidence based care for patients of all ages and activity levels. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy weightlifting and am a novice Olympic lifter. I enjoy treating all weightlifters from all disciplines and backgrounds. My experience in weightlifting has shaped my approach to rehabilitation, giving me a unique understanding of the demands placed on athletes and active individuals. I enjoy treating various body parts with mechanical onset of pain. I enjoy the process of finding the underlying reasons mechanical pain occurs for shoulders, knees, spine , etc. Through my education and experience, I not only address these key areas but help patients improve performance, reduce pain, and build long term resilience against future injuries.
