In addition to talk therapy, I provide psychiatric medication evaluation and management when clinically appropriate. I take a thoughtful, integrative approach that combines psychopharmacology with psychotherapy to promote holistic healing. I specialize in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), panic disorder, and insomnia and sleep-related issues.
