“I booked an apptment with a specific doc and after some wait, a different doc came to treat me, I told them that's not the doc I booked and I wanted to be treated by the one I booked. after some more wait, I was treated by the right doc. Just have to be direct with them. Pretty friendly and lively environment, all staffs are very friendly.”

About Dr. Patrick Lyo

Dr. Patrick Lyo has been serving the Queens and Elmhurst communities since 2016. His passion has always been using his skills and dedication toward pain relief to help patients return to their normal lifestyles. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2013 from the State University of New York, Stony Brook, where he also earned his baccalaureate degree in Health Science. Dr. Lyo has practiced primarily in outpatient physical therapy settings across various locations before deciding to settle down in Queens, NYC.
Dr. Lyo's passion for physical therapy began when he ran track and field in high school. He was frequently injured and struggled to find solutions to ease his musculoskeletal pain. From that experience, he realized physical therapy is a field that can benefit many people.
He has treated patients with a wide range of diagnoses, including typical work injuries, aging-related conditions, neurological disorders, chronic conditions, and athletic injuries. Dr. Lyo is a New York State-licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, and his primary goal is to improve pain, stiffness, range of motion, and strength through exercises and manual therapy.
