“Phil is the absolute best! I started going to him for a slight knee discomfort and now go for what I call "preventative maintenance!" Playing tennis almost daily, causes wear and tear on my body and Phil gives me the tools to keep up with my play and avoid injury, while also teaching me proper recovery and corrective techniques. He makes the time educational and fun. Also, he is very patient and thorough throughout the entire session. I would encourage anyone to go see Phil for any of their needs, you wont be disappointed!”

“I saw Phil for a lower back injury, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He pinpointed which movements were causing pain, explained the possible reasons behind it, and gave me targeted exercises to strengthen those areas. When I returned to figure skating after about 6 weeks off, I was pleasantly surprised that some of the elements we’d worked on off the ice had actually improved! Highly recommend going to Phil for any PT needs. ”

I have struggled with one sided hip pain and tightness for years. Just after one session with Phil I left feeling so much relief. The cupping was my favorite part :) We did a comprehensive initial assessment. He gave lifestyle recommendations and tweaks to how I workout, how I’m standing, exercises I can incorporate to strengthen certain muscles and take tension off of others. I’m really into preventative healthcare and optimizing my body. This is a no brainer for anyone who’s struggling with chronic pain/injury or someone who’s healthy and wants to optimize. Already have my next appointment booked!
Saw Phil twice to address some issues, he adjusted my situation and gave me the tools and knowledge to prevent future problems. Was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.
Phil is honestly the best! He’s majorly helped me repair my broken body from years of competitively figure skating. Because of him, I haven’t had this little of pain within at least the last 10 years! He’s truly a miracle worker and the only person I trust to help me properly mend. I HIGHLY recommend for anyone who is experiencing any type of pain. He’s diligent, patient, and thorough throughout each session. You’ll fully comprehend where/what your pain is stemming from and how to take necessary measures to rehabilitate, strengthen, and recover. 25/10!
Phil is the absolute best. His program has enabled me to rehab multiple injuries while progressing my overall fitness. Highly knowledgeable and provides the perfect balance between providing a supportive environment while also challenging you to meet (or exceed) your goals. Always makes hard work fun.
Phil is highly professional and dedicated to his craft. Therapy can sometimes be strenuous but Phil keeps it fun and lighthearted while also getting great results. Would recommend him to people with an overwhelming stamp of approval. I know where I will be going for all therapy needs
Coming to Phil for my second hip surgery recovery I was way more scared than the last time because I felt like I should’ve been further ahead, but Phillip always reassured me that we are right on track and actually progressing better than I previously was. He takes his time to work on you and make sure you are doing okay not only physically but mentally. When doing exercises he’ll make sure everything is the way it’s supposed to go and how it feels but not pushing too far to where it causes pain. Over the course of my recoveries from hip surgery coming to Phil made me feel comfortable and like everything was going to be okay even when things don’t. Also to note, during this time I was a collegiate goalie playing at my highest level, Phil helped me get back to my playing level and helped me get back to playing at a higher level. Now that I am retired from the sport, he’s helping me get my strength back and is helping me get back to golfing during the summer season.
