Phyllis, and I am a licensed professional counselor in Texas with over 14 years dedicated to
transforming lives. My journey into counseling was inspired by my early days as a Head Start
teacher and a decade working with students of all ages. These experiences have enriched my
understanding of the unique challenges and transitions young adults face today.
I specialize in nurturing resilience and growth among young adults grappling with ADHD,
depression, anxiety, and the stress of academic and social pressures. What excites me the most
about my work is the opportunity to witness the remarkable transformations that occur when
individuals learn to harness their strengths and redefine their narratives.
Having both personal and professional experience with ADHD, depression, and anxiety, I bring
empathy and deep understanding to our sessions. My approach is a blend of Solution Focused
and Narrative Therapy. I believe in tailoring our conversations to fit your unique story, focusing
on solutions that not only address immediate concerns but also empower you in the longer term.
