Rachel is a Lancaster County native and graduate of Manheim Township High School. In high school, Rachel found her love for physical therapy and sports medicine as a student athletic trainer. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Saint Francis University. There, she worked closely with the athletic training staff and assisted D1 athletes with their injury recovery. Her experience at SFU helped to fuel her passion for helping patients achieve their goals. Rachel went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Gannon University. Rachel is excited to build upon her family's legacy as a third-generation business partner. She intertwines her strong work ethic and passion for helping others, traits instilled by her parents, making her eager to serve the East Lancaster community. Rachel's expertise includes manual therapy, orthopedic and sports medicine diagnoses, work related injuries and blood flow restriction training. Dedicated to excellence, Rachel is passionate about crafting innovative, personalized treatment programs that facilitate optimal recovery and enable patients to return to their passions and activities. Outside of her professional endeavors, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and baking.
