Dr. Rachel McMillan earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northern Arizona University after completing her B.S. in Kinesiology at Arizona State University. Originally from Gilbert, Arizona, Rachel recently moved back to the Tempe area and is excited to serve the local community. Rachel has a strong background in strength training and fitness, with experience in cheerleading/tumbling, yoga, and athletic performance. She is especially interested in working with youth athletes, pediatrics, and helping bridge the gap between strength training and rehabilitation to support long-term movement and resilience. Outside of the clinic, Rachel enjoys lifting at the gym, hiking, exploring new restaurants around the Valley, spending time with friends and family, attending concerts, and traveling whenever she can.
