About Dr. Rafik Tarfa
Graduated with a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from Cairo University in 1990, Dr. Tarfa then obtained his Master of Science degree in Orthopedic Physical Therapy from Long Island University in 1998. He completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in Orthopedic Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) in 2001.
He has been practicing since then in Maryland but maintains licenses in Virginia, Washington D.C., Illinois, New York, and Indiana.

I found this provider on ZocDoc and was a little hesitant at first because I'd never searched for a physician online. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment and was even more pleased when I received such a warm open greeting my his receptionist which was equally matched with Dr. Trafar's concern for my neck and head pain and his recommendations to get me back to normal with no pain!

Dr. Tarfa is very professional and friendly very interested or invested in the best care and well-being of his patients/me. His office staff are dedicated and the best too. His visits Tx are always the highlight of my day @ 3x weekly.
