My name is Regina White and I'm excited to have the opportunity to meet you Iâm a Licensed Professional Counselor LPC and I have been providing support to a variety of people for the past 6 years. I will meet you where you are mentally, whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or life transition issues. If your faith is important to you, I can provide faithbased approaches such as integrating Bible scriptures into your sessions. I strive to understand your unique journey. Iâm ready to help you navigate challenges including coping through substance use.
i'm ready to support you if you are an adult or senior, navigating life's inevitable but often difficult transitions I'm also particularly passionate about working with you if you are facing grief, ADHD, andor PTSDtrauma related issues. I recognize that loss changes a person and the grief process can change your overall outlook on the future.
My focus is to create a safe and affirming space for you to process your experiences and reclaim a sense of control. I'm also available to meet with you and your partner if you are needing support in your relationship. I will help you navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen your emotional connection. I incorporate knowledge and skills I have learned through my education, training, and extensive experience. My integrative approach ensures that treatment aligns with your individual values, whether you prefer a traditional therapeutic framework or faithbased guidance. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy playing the piano, singing, and watching classic movies I understand the need for a wellrounded and full life
