Camille and Dr. Remonda were excellent but my main issue is with the practice itself. I left in tears I was so frustrated. No one had done their due diligence after my last appointment to confirm if my insurance is active (it is). I wasted nearly an hour on the phone & eventually gave them a number to call. I'm the patient & I felt like I knew more about how insurance works than they did. Then they finally sent me back to be seen & it felt like someone forgot about me because a while had passed before I was checked on again. I left without even receiving treatment.
I asked why they had waited until I was in person to ask about my insurance when my first appointment was days ago. I asked why no one had called EARLIER to resolve this. No clear answer. It's a shame because I liked the care providers. I don't know if I'll go back.

The appointment was for my son. He stated that the doctor was very professional and attentive. My son has super anxiety, but he came out calm. That’s a big plus, he felt comfortable. The doctor did come out to speak to me and to inform me of his treatments, duration and how many days. She (I’m sorry that I can’t remember your name), the doctor/therapist is amazing.

My first appointment with Sunnyvale exceeded my every expectation. The entire staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed and walk me through the process. Dr. Abdel-Shahid listened intently and took detailed notes on my injury, and was respectful and thorough in assessing my situation and explaining it in terms I could understand. One visit in and I can’t wait to go back!

This was the first time I needed physical therapy, and had I known how incredibly helpful the first PT session was going to be I would’ve asked my physician to send me weeks earlier. The therapists were very kind and knowledgeable and educated me on how to do certain exercises at home. The receptionist was very personable and helpful; going above and beyond. Great experience. Very positive.

It looks like a new practice,but that's okay. It's not a shiny place and it was a little hard to find. Remonda was non judgemental and willing to help me with my recovery. Took alot of notes and was very easy to talk to. She listened to me as well.Other therapists were very easy going and willing to evaluate and help me out.
I made two appointments for next week so let's see how this goes.
