What should a new client know about working with you?

My work is informed by my devotion to social justice and hope for a better world. My clinical approach is grounded in a relational, feminist orientation, which means I emphasize the importance of authentic connection and collaboration in therapy. Interventions I typically introduce include strategies such as self-compassion, mindfulness, and values exploration. I also strive to help you understand how societal influences shape your experiences and empower you to reclaim agency for yourself and your communities.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I typically work with clients on a biweekly basis for 45-60 minute sessions via telehealth. We will collaboratively develop goals so that sessions are focused on your needs.
