Despite providing the reason why I am seeking PT to them when booking my appointment, I was not made that they don’t actually offer what I need until after I got there when they finally actually read that information. They then spent several minutes trying to convince that what doctor referred me for doesn’t exist simply because they don’t offer it (it does exist, I have an appointment later this week). All in all, a massive waste of time.

Friendly front desk staff, clean office, no wait time. The provider was personable, thorough, and listened to me about the pain I have been experiencing. I've seen other PT providers in NYC, and this is the first time I have actually been seen and assessed by the DPT, looking forward to getting better under their care!
