I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices that include Motivational Interviewing; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT); The Gottman Method; and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to create a tailored approach for each individual or couple and their situation. I enjoy working with adults in individual and couple/relationship therapy as well as teens. I am warm; open; encouraging; and genuine.
