Welcome to Peaceful Mind Therapy PLLC – Your Path to Healing Begins Here. Are you someone who struggles with anxiety symptoms that affect your day-to-day life? Do you feel overwhelmed and exhausted by the expectations placed on you by society? Do you wonder if life was not intended to be this hard? Now more than ever, people in the United States are noticing increased feelings of anxiety, depression, and uncertainty about the future. I created Peaceful Mind Therapy PLLC to offer a place where you can prioritize your emotional well-being and begin your healing journey. In a world that often demands too much of us, I believe true healing and growth come from a foundation of nurturing oneself with kindness.
I listen, support, and help you heal. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology Counseling Practice from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Louis University. Since 2019, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through trauma recovery, with a special focus on guiding survivors of sexual assault toward healing and empowerment.
