I also have a license as a Substance Abuse Disorder Professional. My approach is more holistic; by exploring all aspects of your life and finding ways to create a more fulfilling relationship to yourself and to your life in general. My focus is relational- based, by way of providing honest and transparent communication as well as when providing feedback. I believe the quality of our relationship with ourselves and others is paramount for growth, healing, and connection to occur. I started out in the addiction field, providing individual and group therapy for adolescents, adults, and family members. After several years and wishing to extend my knowledge and experience, I obtained my master's degree in counseling and have worked in several mental health agencies since then. I've been in private practice since 2015, and enjoy the administrative support provided by the Mindful therapy Group.
