What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer evidence-based treatments. Most of the time this will include a combination of therapy and biological interventions. Treatment is always individualized, however, based not just on textbooks but also on your life and experiences. Generally, I meet for an hour on the first visit, and then do thirty-minute or hour follow up appointments.
