I'm a specialist in massage therapy, functional nutrition, medical fitness, performance enhancement, & cognitive stimulation. Healthy aging is the ultimate goal of what I do; helping people to grow better, not older.
I'm an Air Force veteran who found my calling as a wellness practitioner in 2003 and started my fitness career in 2005 when I became a certified personal trainer. I knew that I had more to offer than just traditional exercise programs that only focused on the vanity of building bigger or more firmer physiques and found that I could do more as a medical fitness practitioner. I began helping seniors move better, lose fat safely and work them post-surgery to enhance their recovery. In 2019 I became certified transformational nutrition coach through the Institute of Transformational Nutrition which included a highly powerful combination of life coaching, personalized nutrition, spiritual wellness, and mental nourishment. At the beginning of 2021 I started massage therapy school at the National Holistic Institute, which I'll be graduating from in Jan 2022.
I'm a big believer in constant growth and furthering my education into other aspects of holistic wellness so I will begin holistic culinary arts training with Bauman College and I'll be working towards a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Health in January 2022. With such a well rounded knowledge base in so many areas of health and wellness, my clients will receive a highly comprehensive functional wellness program that covers every aspect of their health that is important to them.

Ron has being my to go guy for my lower back injury! He has done more good to my recovery than other treatments like chiropractor, epidural injection and others. I highly recommend him. He will give pointers and suggestions to strengthen your muscles and improve your recovery process. You rock ?? Ron

Ron was extremely understanding and helped me understand my injury and how to improve my pain so I can get better. I have an l5 S1 herniated disk which Ron has helped my pain tremendously. I highly recommend Ron for anyone who has pain due to an injury.

I been working with Ron for almost a year. His expertise in helping me with my herniated disk in my l5 S1 has been Amazing. He takes the time to make you feel better and also gives you help when your not being treated. I highly recommend Ron to anyone who has a bad injury.

I have worked with Ron for about 9 months now. I started sessions with him when I had severe neck, back and hand pain. I wasn't sure manual the therapy would help, but I had tried everything else already. Within just one month I started feeling better, and I am pain free most of the days now. He really knows physiology, and can pinpoint where the problems come from. It also helps that he's an expert on exercising. I would recommend him to any one, 100%!

In my employment as a healing organizer, I come across healers from all walks of life: acupuncturists, talk therapy, yoga, breathwork, massage, etc. it is my job to interview healers and place them with the appropriate clients. Ron is the most skillful healer I have encountered. His knowledge about the profession of therapeutic massage, nutrition, and a general knowledge of medicine, gives him an abundance in expertise and establishes him as a leader in his field.

I’ve had many massages over the years. Ron is a healer. He asks all the right questions, takes his time to figure out what’s going on with you and explains what he’s going to do and why. He will answer any questions you have, but if silence is what you prefer then silence you will have. His physiological knowledge is extremely impressive and I’ve never had the massage with Ron where I didn’t feel like my body and my mind had gone through a very positive transformation. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Great guy. And if you are in need of a comprehensive diet / exercise and massage program, Ron is 100% qualified in all these areas. Call him – you We may not publish a review if it includes specific won’t be disappointed.

I've noticed that my problems tend to fade away after my sessions. Ron has a deep understanding of the body and where it holds tension.

Ron is a gifted and skilled massage therapist who cars and takes time to learn about your concerns in advance and plan accordingly. He then laid out a plan for our next few sessions and gave information on how to care for myself in between.

Ron is one of the most exceptional massager healers I’ve ever met not only is he soft and intuitive. He is the one that I go to whenever I hit a wall in my muscle tension or stress levels and he gets me back into alignment within minutes of putting hands on me, I would recommend him to the whole world. He is a divine gift for all of us.

Ron is a great deep tissue massage therapist! He knows reflexology, how to alleviate built up tension and stress in the body, and is a true master of his craft! I’ve been going to massage therapy providers since 1992 and he is one of the very best I’ve been to!
