All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I offer individual and family psychotherapy with adolescents and adults. Together, we work to develop a collaborative approach to treatment, helping to identify where you are in life and set meaningful goals. One of the most important factors in treatment is the quality of our therapeutic relationship and understanding how this can encourage personal growth. You are the expert regarding your life, and it would be a privilege for me to learn about you and begin this path together. In psychotherapy, I have used cognitive-behavioral, gestalt, mindfulness, transactional analysis, and psychoanalytic approaches, depending on what may be most beneficial for you as a person. I hold a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Indiana University, a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Florida State University, a Master's in Literature from Universidad de Navarra, and a Bachelor's degree from John Carroll University.
