I have over 20 years of experience as a therapist beginning with co-facilitating groups for adolescent teens while in undergrad at Cornell University to working with addiction and cutting behaviors during my graduate work at New York University. After graduating I spent most of my career working with young adults and men and women dealing with HIV/AIDS as well as end of life issues. Currently my focus has been on depression, anxiety, relationship issues and building the life skills needed to cope and achieve both short and long term goals with women and young adults aged 18-55.
However, It is not my education that makes me a good therapist but rather my own life that has given me insight to the struggles we all face everyday. I took that first step in my life as well that led me on the path of becoming a better mother, daughter, sister and friend. The work is never over and it is an endless cycle
