I didn't confirm today because Kim texted to move it to me to week. Meanwhile, the other therapist had me confirmed for Sat. At 5 pm with a Carole L.??? Also, Kim wanted me to use a different platform not Reachlink which was just too complicated for me right now. I expect I wasn't charged. Kim asked to move it as she was not available. I understood, because of the holiday.
