The doctor is nice but office is dirty and they don’t attend you while they ask for you to do the exercise they leave you unintended letting you do them alone without watching you.the music they play is ghetto not relaxing music

Courteous and professional service. Simple yet effective office. PT Salma Metwally asked clarifying questions and tested my mobility to assess and understand my needs. Answered all my questions, too. After theraputic treatments, I received three exercises and reasons for them. Before the visit, office called me once after checking with my insurance that I hadn't met my high deductible insurance minimum yet, and clearly communicated that the fee will be $X and after my deductible is met then $Y. Very nice.

ZocDoc Did not allow to provide to know that i had an appointment with them so I did not get to see the provider. The staff is great. The doctor was great about rescheduling me, but very much any inconvenience and waste of my time.

Superb treatment. Thorough - going and constantly adjusted to my condition. Not only physically excellent, but staff makes a point of knowing my name and I have the sense they genuinely care. Salma is highly attentive.

I had a great time! It took them a few seconds to find my booking but once they did it was very smooth sailing. Amazing coffee and tea station, kind staff, clean, and I felt very cared for. I’m a hijabi so I was given a private room in the back to do the exercises and overall had a great experience. Will definitely recommend to others! For my first PT experience I’m so glad i came here.
