I specialize in working with young children, teens, young adults, and parents struggling with self-esteem, relationships, mood and anxiety issues. Through a collaborative approach, my focus is on building a trusting relationship between us to help you identify and reach your goals. I use my training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Parent Management Training (PMT) to teach concrete skills proven to help a variety of personal and familial challenges with the ultimate goal of finding validation and support as well as improved changes in your life.
I am a Columbia University-trained psychotherapist with a Doctorate in Clinical Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania with extensive experience working with young children, pre-teens, adolescents and young adults as well as parents and families. I'm also on faculty at Columbia University School of Social Work.
It is my pleasure to work with people of all races, ethnicities, and cultural backgrounds. I'm currently accepting new clients.
