I work with you at a speed you feel comfortable with while continuing to reflect on your progress and encouraging you to accomplish those goals. As a provider, I aim to instill empowerment and confidence in you so you can be proud of yourself. You can expect me to be supportive and nurturing while being direct and honest when needed.
I have vast experience working with adolescents and adults dealing with trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, stress, and depression. I utilize EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths-based therapy, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy.
