About Dr. Sarah Jones

I was always a kinetic/active kid. I grew up to love yoga, hiking, and outdoor sports. I was working with kids across the neurotypical spectrum in these outdoor settings. I thought I wanted to go into pediatric PT. I mostly work with adults in the outpatient setting, mostly with orthopedic cases, and I find this to be a great fit. I also have about 9 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist specializing in pain management massage. I’m currently working towards my board certification AAOMPT fellowship in orthopedic manual therapy. I am also in training for Somatic Experiencing certification to provide more trauma-informed care. I grew up in Austin, TX. My undergrad is in Environmental Studies and Human Development, and I did my clinical doctorate in PT at the University of St. Augustine Austin campus. A fun fact about me is that I have been learning aerial silks as a new sport, and it’s really fun. In my free time I enjoy, yoga, reading, watching cooking shows, nature walks, and spending time with friends and family.
