As a doctoral-level therapist with a PhD in Psychology from Walden University and a Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa, I enjoy navigating my clients through challenges and changes in the seasons of their lives by evaluating how they've been doing things and exploring alternatives to promote positive changes. I believe that counseling should be much more than simply "talk therapy" and approach counseling from a cognitive behavioral perspective to promote collaboration on how best to effect positive change.
