I was in the doctor's virtual waiting room for over a hour and I still didn't get seen. I called the doctor office and received the voicemail. I never received a callback from them. And I really needed this appointment. Very unprofessional

Wonderful, caring atmosphere which Dr. Shanti creates for her patients! She addresses the needs of individual patients attentively and expertly. The receptionist, Wendy, reflects the philosophy of Hands-on-Physical Therapy, to treat each person respectfully and help to attain the services appropriately approved. The uniqueness of Dr. Shanti's PT/OT facility is in the welcoming ambiance - it is more than just medically needed services, but a place where the whole person is important and leaves feeling better than when they arrived.

Absolutly fantastic. I have been to many PT facilitys for various different ailments. Hands on is the best and most carring PT center I have ever been too.
