About Dr. Sharif Soliman
Dr. Sharif Soliman is the co-owner and clinical director of physical therapy at Precision Rehab Occupational Physical & Hand Therapy. The office is a sports medicine and orthopedic-focused private practice serving patients in Fresh Meadows and Little Neck, New York.
Dr. Soliman earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. He went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from MCPHS University in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Soliman's interest in physical therapy stems from his own journey through many sports-related injuries coupled with his drive to help people achieve their therapeutic goals.
Dr. Soliman underwent extensive training during his clinical rotations, ranging from acute-care hospital settings to sports-specific settings. He also had the opportunity to treat professional athletes from the NFL, the NBA, the MLB, and the MLS. Dr. Soliman applies skills from various backgrounds to formulate care plans that target each patient's needs and encourage them to remain confident and motivated.
Several of Dr. Soliman's professional interests include pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, and vestibular rehabilitation. He is dedicated to providing attentive, high-quality, and individualized care to every patient he treats. His approach is to personalize evidence-based treatments towards a patient's specific needs to maximize their recovery.
Dr. Soliman is focused on providing early patient education so patients can take proactive steps towards recovery while maximizing treatment benefits and helping patients understand how to stay healthy for the long term. In his spare time, Dr. Soliman enjoys watching sports — he is an avid NY Rangers fan — playing golf and various recreational sports, exercising, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.

This is my first time doing physical therapy, and I’m glad that I chose Precision Rehab in Little Neck! The front desk staff were very nice and helpful, especially Julia. The hands-on care and treatment plan I was given by physical therapist Sharif Soliman helped strengthen my legs to feeling better than ever! If you are looking for a thorough, knowledgeable, and effective therapist, I highly recommend him. Thank you Sharif!

Dr. Soliman was very informative and throughly guided me through extensive exercises. It helped me considerably and I was able to adopt it to my day to day routine.

Initially had issues with scheduling and accuracy of availability but the staff is nice and helpful so got it resolved quickly.
Facility is clean , doctor and staff very helpful friendly and professional. Pain doctor is adjacent for acute care. I am not easy to please and based on my 4 visits would definitely recommend this place.

I was treated by Dr. Soliman for Chondromalacia and an injury to my rotator cuff and he was amazing! Dr. Soliman took the time to explain my injuries to me and showed me various exercises to do prior to playing sports and working out. The office was immaculate and the staff was also friendly. I highly recommend this facility and PT!
