Sheetal Siledar-Lee

Psychologist
CA
I provide psychotherapy for adults, couples, and families. My work with adults spans a broad spectrum—from those experiencing relationship difficulties or needing support with stress management and coping skills to individuals suffering from mood disorders. I specialize in women’s issues and life transitions. I am certified in addiction and have worked with high-functioning individuals facing addictions such as gaming, alcohol, and nicotine. My treatment approach is eclectic, utilizing interventions based on CBT, IPT, and ACT. My style is empathic, non-judgmental, interactive, and collaborative. I offer telehealth sessions in English, Gujarati, Hindi, and Marathi. In addition to women’s issues, I address parenting concerns and provide couples and family therapy along with trauma support. I also provide Gender Affirmation Surgery Assessments and letters for adults aged 18 and over. As an immigrant, I can relate to the stress and trauma associated with immigration. I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to my work. I am a parent, wife, sister, and daughter, navigating and juggling multiple roles in my personal life. This allows me to empathize deeply with the stresses of daily living as well as major life changes.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
