She earned her Doctorate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Fairfield University and holds a Master’s in Nursing from Lehman College, CUNY. Dr. Devlin is also nationally certified in EMDR, a preferred treatment for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and stress disorders. She has prescriptive authority in both New York and Connecticut. Her treatment approach addresses psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety conditions, substance and addictive behaviors. bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and substance use disorders. Treatment may encompass medication (MAT) for substance disorders, Integrative, holistic and mind /body techniques. Various modalities are used such as: TRM, (trauma resiliency), EFT and therapeutic sound healing for a comprehensive mind-body approach..
