About Shivaniben Patel
If you do not have a prescription from a doctor for physical therapy treatment then one of our orthopedic doctors will do an initial evaluation prior to treatment when you arrive.
Shivaniben is a New York licensed physical therapist. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Sardar Patel University, where she completed clinical rotations across outpatient and inpatient settings in various hospitals and clinics.
She has a friendly approach and possess great interpersonal skills. She believes in a holistic treatment approach utilizing her education, manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. Her goal is to not only make the patient pain free but also restore their overall wellness, quality of life and minimize the risk of injuries in the future and get them back to what they love doing. She actively seek out opportunities to improve her skills and knowledge.

I went in with a painful rotator cuff injury. I was lucky enough to get Shivaini
She asked me questions, looked at the X-rays, and knew exactly what was wrong.
She started me on a program to fix it.
By the first month, the pain decreased, and I could feel it healing,
By the 2nd month,h I could see the light at the end of the tunnel.
At the end of the 3rd month, I was back to myself
In the event I ever injured myself again, Shivaini is the only PT person I would trust to get me back on track

I had severe back pain (10/10) and could barely move when I started working with Shivani. Through her care and expertise, my pain gradually came down to zero, and I fully regained my range of motion and ability to move comfortably again.
Shivani is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen and explains everything clearly, which made me feel safe and confident throughout the process. She is truly excellent at what she does, and I’m so grateful for her support and skill. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with pain or mobility issues.

The employees were kind but they did not notify me that I needed a prescription from my doctor for physical therapy. They allowed me to make an appointment, check in online, and check in at the clinic without a prescription or any mention that I needed one. She told me when i was checked in and the appointment was about to start that she actually couldn’t treat me without a prescription. My appointment was on a Saturday and there was nothing I could do to get a prescription from my doctor. I had to leave because I couldn’t be treated and there was no effort on their end to reschedule my appointment. I was incredibly annoyed and left untreated.
