The doctor was running late the day of my experience, I did have a 9am appointment and didn’t see him until maybe an hour later. Since it was my first time I’m not sure if this was just that day or if it happens often. But overall I would go back again”

Dr Bhaktavatsala was incredibly condescending. From the moment I disclosed my ADHD (when answering routine questions about medical history and current prescriptions) he spoke to me as though I were a complete idiot. And on top of that, he kept calling me weak - when I'm seeking physical therapy to strengthen these muscles! It's one thing to say "you need to work on strengthening these muscles" and another to say, "you're so weak, this shouldn't be this hard, you're so weak" over and over with a sarcastic and condescending tone. If you are neurodivergent (or just want to be treated with respect) I highly recommend finding your physical therapist elsewhere.

Arrived on time waited an hour to be seen very disappointed place very disorganized not very well knowledgeable as a therapist !!!

He was very professional and knowledgable to the type of injury I had. He spent ample amount of time showing me different stretches and exercises for my knee pain. He was also helpful in giving me have exercise program.
