I have worked with Sonia on a variety of issues over the years. She has helped me after shoulder surgery, back surgery, and foot surgery. She is always very knowledgeable and has a wealth of exercise options and activities to facilitate recovery. Sonia is very good at explaining the logic behind exercises and providing information about resources that can help with home exercise routines. I appreciate her organization while presenting lists of activities (including repetitions and other variables). Her manual work has been very beneficial to my recovery. If you are looking for a physical therapist with good communication skills contact Sonia.

Sonia is awesome! She takes the time to listen and figure out your problems. She is great at providing an exercise protocol and following up after the appointment! I would definitely recommend her!
