“Today my referral needed to be updated by my primary care physician, and Steven Gutin has still seen me. The surroundings seemed fresh! I met two calm people at the reception, Aisha and Latanya, who gave me a warm welcome to the facility. I waited at the lounge, which was just adjacent to the Gutin's Office. Beyond any reasonable doubt, the place was calm, clean, and fresh. You could imagine a five-star hotel. Although it was my first visit there, I was late. He did not see any more patients since he had his belongings ready to go, and I couldn't get the full service anyway. Instead, he proceeded to take me in and assist with the pain and discomfort I was experiencing. He also gave me a 10-minute massage and told me, "don't worry, you are in the right place." He was very trustworthy because I felt comfortable with the service. He told me right there and then that he believes there are knots in my back. However, he did not imagine it could be scoliosis. This also made me feel more at ease that I may not have a serious problem than I always was told. Steven Also has been very helpful in the snacks department since anyone who knows me knows I love a great healthy snack. He truly makes sure you eat right, and when you don't eat, he is there to fill up your tummy! Sincerely, that was the second-best part of being his patient. Similarly, Radislav Kats has been very reliable and committed to doing what he enjoys as an Acupuncture Physician. He goes above and beyond to meet clients' needs. His hands are a work of art. You don't have to say many point to the area of the pain, and he will take it from there because he feels the tense whenever he uses his hands on the affected region. He also uses a unique machine that feels comfortable, as if you were on a vacation drinking tequila in a spa. Not to mention I started coming here on March 11th, 2021, and my pain has been decreasing within a week and a half. Being consistent and following orders from him and Steven goes a long way. They take pride in what they do. This shows their commitment towards patients care. It's safe to say they are not just there for a paycheck. The bottom line, this is a place to be. You are guaranteed great comfort, superb services, efficiency, and reliability. I highly recommend this facility. Grab the opportunity while time still lasts.”
