Hi, there; I'm Susan, and I empower trauma survivors to live their best lives! Are you afraid of crowds; is it hard to trust anyone; have you been to therapy, which was helpful in some areas but has not touched your trauma symptoms?
I use a combination of psychodynamic, RET (Rational Emotive Therapy), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help you achieve a new level of happiness in your life without the symptoms of PTSD/trauma holding you back.
I am a LCSW with 30 years of experience working with survivors of trauma, both military and non-military, and have seen miraculous changes happen in therapy. Seeking therapy can be scary, but you've made the right decision. I provide a safe place to process your trauma, and I provide teletherapy as well as in-person sessions.
