My name is Sonya Andrews Landry. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and owner of Endure Counseling Services. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree Counseling at Prairie View AM University. I have worked in the mental health field for the past 25 years. I have worked as a counselor for 10 years in the juvenile and adult prisons. In addition, I have worked over 13 years in a private practice. My clients include teenagers, adults and couples who suffer with a variety of mental illnesses. I have extensive training in self esteem, anger management, depression, grief, stress, family and relationship problems. I believe in partnership with clients, listening and problem solving with a creative, confident and curious mind. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which encourages one to identify, challenge and replace distorted beliefs in order to live a more fulfilling life.
