Hello, thank you for choosing UpLift. It has been my pleasure to be in the mental health field for over 35 years. I enjoy working with people to help move them forward in this journey called life. I was born in Texas and have lived here all my life. I have worked in both private and government settings throughout my career. I recently retired from the VA in Lubbock, where I was the Mental Health Clinic Manager and provided trauma therapy. Trauma has been my area of focus for the past 35 years, and I have worked extensively with first responders following trauma. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington. I believe change is possible; all we need is a plan.
