When challenges arise, I remain calm and patient as we navigate them together. After years of working as a psychiatric nurse in an acute care psychiatric hospital, I discovered a deep passion for helping others with mental health concerns. This led me to advance my career as a psychiatric provider so I could continue supporting people in living fulfilling, meaningful lives.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Together, we’ll identify and set goals that matter to you—whether they involve improving relationships, building self-esteem, or pursuing other personal objectives. As our work progresses, your goals may evolve as new insights emerge. I’m here to provide the support and tools you need to keep moving forward. Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss your background, what brought you here, and your goals for care. We’ll also review medications you’ve tried in the past—what has worked and what hasn’t. It’s completely normal to feel nervous about a first appointment, and we’ll take things one step at a time.
