I am passionate about helping my clients develop healthy and fulfilling relationships, guiding them to feel more confident, satisfied, and empowered in their individual and romantic lives. With a Master's in Social Work from Touro University, I utilize a collaborative approach to help individuals and couples work through their challenges, build greater intimacy, and improve their relationships.

What should a new client know about working with you?

People often get caught up in negative, repetitive patterns that inhibit them from living their lives to the fullest. My goal is to help you achieve self-understanding, break out of those negative patterns. I’m here to guide you to better understand your feelings and experiences, as well as develop skills to cope with life stressors and daily challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space for my clients to explore their emotions and work towards positive change. I am trained in multiple specialized methods in the treatments of sexual and relationship issues, as well as in the treatment of other mental health issues. I believe every person is unique and that no one approach fits everyone. Therefore, I utilize various modalities, including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family System, and the Gottman Method. Together, using a collaborative approach, we can ensure that your therapy is right for YOU.
