I saw several people before him but no one was able to help me find any relief with a foot problem that I’ve had for a few years now and I was told that surgery was my only option. Ted was able to help me identify the exact issue and I started to have improvement after my first session with him. Surgery was never necessary - I just needed to find the right person and I’m feeling so much better after starting treatment with Ted. I cannot recommend him enough!”

About Dr. Theodore Kurlinkus

Ted Kurlinkus is a sports and orthopedic physical therapist with special interests in acute and chronic orthopedic and sports injuries. He holds dual board certifications as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS). He has also been recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. In addition to his clinical practice, he is a clinical mentor for the Northwestern University Fellowship in Advanced Orthopedic Physical Therapy Practice, Research, and Education as well as the Northwestern Division 1 Sports Fellowship. Ted previously served as Team Physical Therapist for DePaul University Athletics from 2018-2021. He continues to work with athletes from the NCAA, as well as NBA, NFL, MLB, and MLS. I was having back pain that would not get better. Ted quickly identified the issue and I was pain-free after one session. I also now know what to do if it comes back. I highly recommend Ted for PT!
