I’ve had 10 years of psychodynamic supervision and 14 years as Director of Barnabas Health One Source Employee Assistance Program, where I’ve guided over a 1000 executives and professionals experiencing workplace crises.
Given the above, I'm able to offer you focused strategies to improve your romantic relationships, resolve your career difficulties and help you more effectively manage your mood, anxiety and substance overuse problems.
Finally, I have a second career as a writer/producer and can offer hands on support to artists managing the demands of a creative life.
