“I felt very comfortable with my physical therapy treatment. It felt like a family and I enjoyed coming in every single session. I was able to walk again without my cane within 2 months time following my knee replacement surgery and I feel stronger than ever. I made such great progress due to the high quality care that Tim and Tyler provided. I have been to other places for physical therapy and nothing compares to my experience here.”

Great place to be taken care of! The entire staff is lovely, and I am feeling better, hooray!

I've been struggling with a pinched nerve in my neck for 10 years and when I went to see Tim Caputo at Spear, Garden City I was in terrible pain. He explained what was causing the pain and how we were going to work to cure it and then strengthen the muscle groups surrounding it so that I would be more resistant to a relapse. I assumed given past experience that it would take months for me to get back to normal. I'm thrilled to say that it took weeks, and my neck and surrounding areas feel better than they have since I first experienced the injury 10 years ago. The two PT's on staff, Tim and Clara, are easy to work with, incredibly knowledgeable and very dedicated. Their support staff and therapists in training are very friendly and the vibe in the center is super positive. This is the only PT center for me moving forward.
I want to thank the Spear Physical Therapy team located in Garden city for a great experience. I had foot surgery in June, 2024 and started therapy is august 2024. I had to learn how to walk again. It was painful at times going to therapy but I continue to go. After three months of the team working with me, I can say I am walking with no pain thanks to Timothy Caputo and Courtney who worked with me. Great job! The team, Timothy, Courtney, Jessica, sing and Clara are warm and friendly people, they love what they do and show concern for all of their clients. If you need physical therapy this is the place to go, you will not regret it.
Additionally, Tim's technique is spot on always productive. My area of concern includes internal discomfort, Tim utilizes the appropriate manual technique to maximize mobility. Would definitely recommend anyone with extreme issues to connect with Tim.
Any session runs 45-60 minutes with Tim & his colleagues working to ensure I get maximum benefit by correct form as well as switching exercises up to keep it interesting. Staff all very friendly & profesional. Facility very clean.
