In his free time, he enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, running, practicing martial arts, surfing in the summers and watching the Premier League and Philly sports. He strives to help others reach their individual goals and return to the activities that bring them joy and fulfillment, whether it's returning to sports, improving mobility, or simply enjoying everyday life without pain or limitations.
