About Todd Webb

Todd Webb, ORT/L, CHT is an Occupational Therapist, Certified Hand Therapist and the Director of Occupational Therapy at Alliance Orthopedics in Freehold, New Jersey. Through occupational therapy treatments, Todd strives to allow his patients to live a functional and independent life, regardless of the disability or injury they may suffer from. He has a strong interest in treating upper extremities, particularly the hand, and believes we use our hands for everything and it is how we experience the world around us. Todd attended Rutgers University in New Jersey, where he graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a minor in public health. He then attended New York University’s Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development and earned his Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2017. He is a licensed occupational therapist in New Jersey and also holds a certification in the Graston technique. When Todd is not working, he enjoys spending most of his time outdoors with his wife, family, and friends. He is an avid fisherman and takes any chance he can get to spend time on the water. He also loves to cook, ski, and work out.

Todd is extremely knowledgeable and really comes up with an individualized plan for his patients. He has helped me to make so much progress post shoulder replacement surgery. He really listens and answers any questions! have. I highly recommend him and the whole team at NJSW!!
As a patient, I have had the pleasure of working with the staff of New Jersey spine and wellness for two years. A few months ago, I was introduced to Todd who has helped me with a shoulder/upper back issue . He truly listens to what my concerns are, talks with you, goes over everything with you step by step trying his hardest to help while locating/working on the area of need!! Excellent therapist, highly recommend Todd!!! I’ve never gone to a place with such great care.
Todd is a very caring, experienced, & talented orthopedic occupational therapist. He always has new tricks up his sleeve to keep me going with my 19 years of Rheumatoid Arthritis. I highly recommend him to everyone! He helps me stay positive & moving forward with my active life with a chronic disease.

Not only is Todd a phenomenal Occupational Therapist, he is professional and an all around great person. I've had shoulder neck and hand injuries and he has fixed them all!
Todd and his team have really helped me manage my Parkinson's disease. Exercise and movement are the best medicine for me. I have been to other outpatient facilities before but none compare to the team at NJ Spine and Wellness.
I started seeing Todd, when I broke my scaphoid. I had to have extensive hand surgery to repair the damage. I immediately began rehabbing with Todd and was able to return to my normal activities ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an OT.
